Educational clip about causes, diagnosis, treatment and fertility outcomes of Asherman's syndrome, a common cause of acquired infertility. Most cases (over 90%) are caused by dilation and curettage (D&C), a common gynecological procedure used to treat miscarriage and retained placenta at delivery.
This clip, like all the others on my channel, was researched and written by myself, CSFornusek, PhD. It must not be modified and may not be presented by others without acknowledging the author.

  • First of all, congratulations to whoever put this research together. My wife and I have been struggling terribly in our search to find out what the doctors are simply not telling us. Asherman's is without a doubt the diagnosis we have been looking for. Why do British doctors remain so silent on this. why did we have to find this out ourselves. Any more info would be appreciated to help us create a plan B. We have much scaring and things are starting to look unlikley for a natural birth. Thanks!
