2004 Mazdaspeed Miata: Fast Exhaust

I was going to take it to the top of 3rd (~65mph) but as I got into 3rd about a second later I let off because I felt I was going too fast for that road. Still gives you an idea of how the new exhaust sounds under full load

What kind of cat did you say that was in the other vid?

It's a flyinmiata downpipe which comes with a high flow cat (not sure on the brand). My car has been running like crap lately though, as a result of which I think the cat has shat itself so it's getting cut out soon.

I've heard that if you run synthetic oil you don't have to, but I will get a turbo timer this summer especially since they are cheap now

let the turbo cool down man, I let my shit cool down for at least a minute after some semi-hard pulls

Ahh... No need to waste you're money on that. Just coast and drive easy the 5 minutes before you get to where ever you're going and just chill in you're car for at least 10 seconds before shut down. A motor cools down a lot better with air flowing in to the mouth then with it just sitting at idle.
