@Mandarink0 The film just show what you said. In some countries there's no room for this stupid things, there are real problems. And this is positive for a film.

@Mandarink0 I don't see it as "insulting", maybe a little simplified. I'm Italian so i'm used to stereotypes, particularly in american cinema. Stereotypes can bring someone to laugh, but they also bring to think about cultural differences.
And I don't think it is insulting the thing about meat or eating something "from" the floor (it has just touched it!), it showes that eating isn't a thing to take for granted, and that not all the world is U.S.A.
