The river Tyne, a river that runs through the heart of Newcastle, a town on the north east coast of England, a town that was once the home to one of the biggest ship builders in the world, a town were coal was king.
The ship yards are no more and the coal mines have long since giving us there black gold.
These Industries were wiped out in the 80`s by a government that never cared for the working man, all that remains of them days are empty ship yards, dark colliery seams and the river, the River Tyne.
