Added to my comments: This years Irish Parade is being held on Palm Sunday - a very important Christian feast day - so no wonder many Irish are against the hyjacking by this crummy mayor of London when no respect is given to our faith - the parade should have been on the Saturday.

If we London Irish had any pride we would not accept public funding for the parade - there are enough wealthy Irish companies that can sponsor us. We receive £100.000 a year of tax payers money. Oh and incase you forget after seeing all the posters - the day is celebrate St. Patrick - not the Mayor of London!
