@Paperclown Yep, that's the one major issue I have with any call center, regardless of where it's located. The representatives read off scripts and don't listen to the caller's problem.

I'm ashamed of these dudes for what they did...I'm an East Indian who's grown up in Detroit, and struggled like everybody else. There was no need to harass that woman if she's done nothing wrong to you. I hope y'all get this message, and learn to treat others with respect....everywhere people are struggling, all around the world.
