End Of Line fabrication machine.
Specific Features include:
·Fixed height, loading conveyor feeds pre-cut (6&7) lengths to the entrance of punch system and conveyor stops
·Pneumatic lift positions pre-cut lengths for justified feed into punch system
·Two (2) servo, pinch roll feed systems (one before and one after the punch presses) index parts through punch press series for fabrication
·Two (2), hydraulic, side-punch systems to perform side slotting and coining (chamfering the burrs of the cut)
·One (1), hydraulic, vertical punch provides top punching
·Servo pinch roll positions part for punch sequence
·Discharge table receives fabricated product onto inclined packing table for additional handling
·Discharge table is adjustable for height via handwheel
·Linear scrap conveyor is positioned below the fabrication area to carry fabrication slugs to inclined exit conveyor
·Exit slug conveyor is inclined with paddles for the conveyance of fabrication slugs to grinding system
