I had a very positive experience with them. they came within an hour after calling. it took about 20-30 minutes to get the job done. i had a backed up sewer. they even made a follow up phone call to me.

They told me they'd be here today between 3 and 6. At 4:30 I called to check where they were- they said they'd called, but oops, they must have dialed the wrong number. "So when are you coming?" I asked. "In about an hour . . ." So at 6, when they STILL hadn't shown, I called again. The operator and his supervisor both told me that there was nothing they could do about it, and no one could show until tomorrow. Nice, right? Anyway, DON'T call 49.95 Sewer- they suck!
