  • How eloquent and smart this guy is. He has to answer these same questions over and over, and still manages to be thoughtful about the responses.

I'm glad that he's still optimistic about future XF movies. I'd be first on line.

Honestly, I liked this second one way better than the first one, which came off like Bruckheimer-lite. This movie FELT like the X-Files - dark, moody, bleak. Absolutely loved it.

  • That was a great interview. Happy to see some new questions. I loved this movie, and I think Duchonvy is right-- there will be more!

  • I'm sure he'd have you, being a sex addict and all.

  • I can't agree. The X Files is one of those shows that really played itself out. When Duchovny left, the show had really run itself into some major plot holes which they tried desperately to fill during the last season, but came up short.

  • And by the way every interview I saw David do was exactly the same. Exactly. So tiresome and such a let down thinking I knew him a little bit that he wouldn't allow this kind of rote Hollywood script happen. He must have been really bored or really witten into a contract. I am ashambed of him. Makes me angry for him to agree to something so badly written.

  • I hated the second movie. And for all the advertising they did they could have put it into the film. It was so depressing and cold. The worst was that it had nothing to do with the X-files except for having Mulder and Scully in it. Child molesting priest, people cutting off limbs, etc. It was a horror movie and as cut off from the X-files and the genius of CC that I can think of. I was one of the first in our city to see it. I had written letters to get it produced and then that. YUCK.

  • I wasn't disappointed in the 2nd movie cause there were not really to many loose ends or unanswered questions I needed fulfilled. I loved the atmosphere of the movie and thought it felt like one of the better episodes. It felt like they opened the door to make at least one more movie that could be more satisfying to the main story line followers so here is hoping.

  • are you gay ?

  • i wanna make love to david.

  • OMG i soooo wish! I love the way he talks about how he couldn't really get the feeling back in XF2 filming until Gillian came back. sweet!

  • This movie & Prince Caspian shouldve been pushed back & released at Christmas Time They both wouldve done better without the competition It was suicide releasing Caspian between Iron Man & Indiana Jones & there was no way X-files could hold out against the Dark Knight & this psychic pedophile Priest business just pissed me off but Anderson & Duchovny were brilliant Even if its just a straight to DVD thing they have to make a movie in 2012

  • well thats what he gets paid for
