  • I need to get a new fat counter but I weighed myself yesterday at 220 and I am 5'8". I know for sure I need to get my fat count down and will do a measurement as soon as I get a new one.

  • Also it depends on how hard the body is trained, cause you can do a 3 day split routine and get all major and minor muscles train twice a week, but rest is also very important for the muscle to grow.

  • I do a 4 day split then take one day of and start again, so there are some some days that I train the muscles twice a week. But some body parts such as calf and abs, I train every other day.
