@MrBuddhaBoi Nice information, you are very knowledgeable! I think that a Buddha like lama Tsongkapa exceeds all artificial boundaries that we humans put up and should be honored and revered by all for his universal love, compassion, realization of wisdom and truth. So I think it is great that somebody who is a Viet Drikung student shows an open mind by honouring Lama Tsongkapa. No rivalry or competition between humans should exist, especially not between buddhist practitioners.

Lama Tsongkhapa was not only a living saint who revived Buddhism in Tibet but also built institutions which were aimed to spread Buddhism far and wide.

Why is there a prayer for Tsongkhapa when the beginning says Viet Drikung. Drikung is a Kagyu sub sect and Tsongkhapa is a Gelugpa.
