Here you can see the results of my last two mounting attempts. At the beginning and at the end of the clip, the cam ist mounted in a soft piece of foam, supported by a plastic card fragment and held by a hair rubber nearly in the center of gravity (thank you, wife... ;) )
This works pretty well. You can identify those recordings by the time stamp in the lower right corner.
In the middle, you can see the cam recording while mounted firmly to the chassis. The vibrations are bad, but not as bad as during my very first onboard flights, using velcro tape. The time stamp is in the upper left corner, upside down. I had to fix the cam this way.
