  • This is a Model NB, 60 HP. It was built in 1914, and used until 1947.

  • yeah its nice when they start first attempt. is this one a type n.

  • I didn't check the model, and can't match it up in my Gas Engine book by Wendel. I plan to go to the October show, and will get that info for you and post it for you.

  • I wish mine were this easy to start. thats a nice engine

  • I was amazed when it fired off on the first attempt. They will be running it again during the October show at Boonville, IN.

  • Was the continuous put-put-put heard from the beginning, an air compressor used to start the big Fairbanks, or was it another engine running in the background?

    Thanks.

  • damn I'd love an engine like this to run my soon-to-be-built saw mill ;)

  • It's running on natural gas.

  • Turn the engine to the top of the power stroke, open the gas and flip the ignitor...it's easy when you're running on battery ignition.

  • thanks. neat to see it driving a 2 piston pump

  • ok thanks
