What do you put in your steam to make it change colors?

@Stage079 Thanks for the thoughtful question! The steam is sent through different lines after leaving the boiler where food coloring is added. After that, the steam is sent on its merry way to the calliope.

I got a couple more of Capt. Hawley I'll put up, but then that's it from New Orleans. I hopin to get a few good ones of the Minne's calliope this summer though, so I'll get those up when I can.
