With some resolutions, the console does not actually show. It is to the left of the screen, past the edge. To check if this is the case, press ~ then type about 20 letters in. If you see something on the bottom left of the screen, it is your resolution. if this dosnt work, report back to me, or try doing a simple google search for "tilde key wont open console in fallout 3" your bound to find something. I have heard remote access stuffs up the tilde key sometimes,

theres no jump mod for oblivion is there? well anyway i found out if you have an xbox 360 and you play oblivion on that you can do backflips and rolls people!!! dont say u cant!!!!!!
