Corned Beef eat like this lose 88 pounds

Calorie Restriction Corned Beef and Cabbage. A healthy low cal, low carb St. Paddy's day dinner.
A great meal to eat and lose weight. It is the best Corned beef I have ever had.

Dressing for the cabbage
Juice from 2 lemons
1Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1Tablespoon Honey
2Table spoons Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Ground Pepper
Whisk together

You are so funny!! I am addicted to your vids! OMG I want some of that corned beef! My best friend in school was Greek! I make the best baklava thanks to her and her mom! Ahhh I am dying for cabbage rolls and cheese pies! ELENEEKAHHHHHHH! :D

I love cooking a few Greek meals. My Greek likes it to.

I also make a pretty good baklava and Triopita's. Not anymore since I don't eat those foods. Maybe someday.
