Theatrical trailer for the 1965 musical drama "Inside Daisy Clover" starring Natalie Wood, Christopher Plummer, Robert Redford, Roddy McDowall and Ruth Gordon. A girl on the road to stardom fights the dehumanizing effects of Hollywood life. Ruth's first film as an actress in 24 years earned her an Oscar nomination and a Golden Globe Award.

  • Aren't ya being a little hard on him, son? Maybe "pelle43" comes from an impoverished country where DVD's and VHS tapes are impossible to buy, rent, check out or steal. He may only have his lap-top and a loaf of day-old bread )-:

  • Just when I thought movie trailers today were badly edited I see this trailer, such an injustice to a great film.

  • Perhaps one reason Natalie (though nominated) never won an Oscar is that at times (as here-as Daisy overlong and monotonously, uni-actingly) just expresses one simple emotion--rage--by childishly kicking and flailing her limbs melodramatically and throwing things. By contrast, actress Vivien Leigh in Gone With the Wind playing a teen Scarlett, too threw an object (at Rhett in library), but Vivien's acting was far more nuanced. A 15 year old (esp. girl) does not act like an 8 year old (esp.boy).

  • This is enough to make you HATE movies.

  • This was the movie that William Frawley (aka Fred Mertz) saw on the day he died. Frawley was walking back from the movies with his male nurse when he dropped dead on Hollywood Boulevard on 03 March 1966. Frawley has been pushing up Daisy Clovers ever since...

  • Christopher Plumer. <3

  • I had a Gordon/Kanin evening last night. Smart snacks on hand, I started with 'Harold & Maude', then watched 'Born Yesterday' and 'Pat and Mike'. My God, I miss Ruth Gordon...

  • Natalie Wood was a beautiful woman. With a sad death. It`s a pity.

  • I absolutely LOVE this movie, of course, anything with Natalie Wood, Christopher Plummer, and Ruth Gordon is A-OK in my book!

  • i stand with you man....i like to see natalie or masterpieces by fellini on fine resolution....zero pixels or "··% up sound.....those movies scream for a proper view....i feel that youtube helps me like just like this.....i get to see the trailers so i can consider renting or buying the film....anyway....if people feel free to post movies or see it here....i have no prob.....just my opinion...cheers.
