Really captures the heroism of marathon running. These men and women train for years, running thousands and thousands of miles, for one chance to put it all on the line against near hopeless odds. BTW, for a reference as to how fast these guys are going see 2:14 when they pass a recreational runner. They run the marathon at less than 5 min per mile pace. I am a decent runner, but can barely manage that pace for 800 meters.
