The government of Panama have done their best to make it as attractive as possible for foreigners.

There's no tax on foreign earned income and those who build or buy a new house pay no property taxes for 20 years.

As a cuban-american retiree....I love the USA & there is no comparison with any other country in the world....but, ever since I served in Kobbe, I had a special love for Panama.. it's a beautiful country....&, the Americans always contribute to the future of Panama & its people....Americans are good for Panama....no doubt about it...Stop hating the Americans.....!!!!
