@jewelchic i want to get my health and fitness back. I had breast cancer 4 years ago when i was 38 and i think ive been using it as an excuse for a lot of things. My medications do make me tired, gain weight, stiff and sore but i watched your video a while back when you were talking about your dear friend who passed away and how she inspires you to get out of bed and exercise and that motivated me. I was thinking how lucky i was to only lose my breasts when so many others have lost their lives
