  • I heard people saying that the justice system worked here. I believe it didn't bring justice to caylee. What happened to her. Maybe casey wasn't guilty, but who was.

  • All you idiots going after Nancy Grace, and cheering for an obvious murderer. You people have your perspective bass ackwards.

  • It's sickening how Nancy Grace tries to build up this real life tragedy like it's some kind of Vaudeville melodrama.

    100% pure exploitation!

  • @SeanMBryans yes, and that should be an eye opener to how a system can improve in many ways using technology in the benefit of police and using new tactics to get the truth from witnesses and suspects. As a system that starts to allow people out almost all through the day, we need to realize places of improvement and that the system isn't perfect and has some flaws.

  • @yomamasapeach According to the Orlando pPD - she was. They have closed the case - Believing Casey was the guilty party and to continue searching for anybody else would be a waste of manhours. The same thing occured after the OJ verdict. LAPD closed the case for the very same reasons mentioned above.

  • @ItsThatGuy1989 Not that but if enough evidence is put that the suspect who is being charged, then the jury says no. You have this idea that because a crime is commited no one should feel the extent. That isn't fixing the problem. I could care less about the girl or casey, I am saying the whole U.S justice system is in favor of being 200% sure, how about all the others who have been killed by death sentence who might have been innocent or the millions in the holocaust, life sucks, no justice.

  • @yomamasapeach You can't convict everyone. So even though they found no forensic evidence and there was no confession, a person should be put in jail and have their life ruined just because they are the "best" suspect? That's complete crap you fucking lunatic.

  • @ItsThatGuy1989 What you call justice is that people are never caught. Unless the person who killed kaylee was a serial killer then there must be motive. The point of a investigation is to find the best suspects who could have commited the crime and put them in jail. If the killer was good, he/ she probably are experienced, meaning that there must be many more cases like this in the area as killers strike more than once. TV dramatized it but also opened peoples eyes to the problem.

  • @yomamasapeach That's because they have no other suspect. Ever think that maybe the killer was good and got away? There are thousands of cold cases. Babies are getting murdered every day. Why is this case so special? Because it's on TV. That's why.

  • @ItsThatGuy1989 The point of justice is to be able to put someone who is on the stand who can give a eyewitness view of a crime and which a jury of peers decide their fate. Instead, some woman who "could" have commited the crime is released but no more suspects are called, making it a cold case. That is not justice, thats half assing.

  • @yomamasapeach Only reason O.J. got off was because the jury was all black. The jury said not guilty to Casey because there wasn't enough evidence. What if she wasn't guilty? The jury could potentially put an innocent person on death row.

  • @vash1053 I'm sorry but its my ignorant eyes to see that the system which had been put in place to put people who had committed a crime be held for what they have done. I never watched this case on TV because the bias is detrimental. When the evidence is put forth to someone but the lawyers add a feature of doubt than it makes the jury to be confused and often becomes entangled and calls non guilty. Same with O.J, good lawyers with good evidence.
