Is it over 25 days old? If so, you need to make another batch, you're doing injections aren't you? From what I know, each mixture is good for 25 days the way I mix it. To be safe, do a new one! :)

I won't let you pro HCG'ers down. I know I have at least 3 rounds to complete for me to be in the normal BMI range. I am 5'2", so I should weigh between 118-136, so that's at least 70 pounds to lose.
Did you have better results doing the injections vs. sublingual? Or did you find they were about the same? I planned on doing sublingual, but my Mom is doing the injections and she has lost 8.5 pounds in 8 days. She's rockin' the HCG!

I've been watching the vlogs here for over a year and the most I've seen is 5 rounds that one girl did but she ONLY waited the 3 weeks between them before going back to P2. She did lose 76# but made a recent vlog saying how she knows now she made a mistake not waiting the right time between rounds since the last 3 rounds were SLOW losses and she had problems with hunger in the final ones. The time between rounds is really the most important because it gives u the MENTAL adjustment.

You're doing great....I have heard of many people doing lots of rounds, it's whatever it takes to get the FAT off! I'm with you on the wine...That is one thing I miss is my weekend glasses of wine...but, I will be there very soon! take care. :)

What do you know about using Hcg made from previous round? Will it still be good, or should I make new?

Yes you have to do PH4. It is really important to give your body and mind a rest. I've heard of doing injections longer, but when shortening Ph 3-4, they lost less and slower.

So glad to hear how well you are doing on P4! Isn't it amazing that you can actually look forward to doing this again??? Enjoy the wine while you can--my husband and I like to do the same thing! :)

I am ready to start R2 -loading Sept 22nd. I am looking forward to having a bun with my burger. I didn't take to many chances on PH4.
