@Autobot71Ironhide why never have air in your lungs ? theres nothing wrong with that. only if scubadiving you come up to fast you can get the bends. this is caused by the nitrogeon in the tanks, normal air cannot do this.

@musiclover3369 When you go down completely, exhale all of the air you have. Then, float back to the top. NEVER have air when floating up.

@CherylNicholsRemax i dont get one thing though.... when do you "gently exhale"? underwater? or above?

@musiclover3369 you have to equalize pressure in your ears by squeezing your nose and gently exhaling
