Here is our room we had at the Hotel Galvez. We had the Room 500. The scenery was amazing!:D This is the room where we captured the evps which can be found on my other video.

DMWTM : How did things go with you during the storm? It was wild eh? Compared to others, we are fine. Car is dented and totaled by insurance (dent repair exceeds car value)...and we had roof shingle damage...(Some trees gone, but I didn't like the trees anyway we had anyway LOL) Worst thing was no electricity for almost a week. Other than that, can't complain. How about your area? Hope your doing are okay. Your a bit more north than I am but Ike was strong.

Thank you so much for your e-mail...I'm sorry about your car, Ike was vicious and i hope we never have to go trrough anything like that again! We had big trees go down on our property (one on a power line) and we boarded up our windows but had some crack anyway, and we have**HAD** a 8ft cedar fence completely around our property that was knocked down. Some roof damage.We were without power bout 2weeks. I was so thankful when we got our power back.My heart is with Galveston.

yeah I just heard about the hurricane yesterday. Is it supposed to hit this weekend? I hope it loses strength! I'm tired of hurricanes!! We are actually going to Denver this weekend for a business trip and we have to drive! I believe it is a 16 hour drive. and the reincarnation video threw me off when I heard where they were from!! It definately wowed me!

Wow why would you want to go to galveston. I live about a hour away from it, And the waters are nasty and brown. I feel like im swimming in mud and oil. Go to a beach with clear water..

i live in conroe texas and yes the hotel is fine and yes the beaches look the same after ike but some of the buildings and some houses are gone

2 questions,,,1st can you swim in the beach still after IKE's damage and is the Flagship Hotel still standing,,,and 1 more thing is there still damage at ur hotel and the surrounding area
