This is a segment from a documentary about the famous gunfight I shot for the History Channel. We shot it with my Canon XL1 using the 16x and 3x lenses.

@rangeclerk Your description of the events are dead on accurate,(an exception for Youtube comments) But, if I might say in regard to none of EP's shots being effective, It is believed by many historians that he did assist in the dispatch of Billy Clanton. But then again, If we knew all the fine points, we would not get the pleasure of the debates we so enjoy,

Both Tom and Frank McLaury had horses between them and the Earp Group (includes DOC with the Earp Group).

Morg gets the last shot off striking Frank McLaury in the neck under the right ear---brain shot---dead---Ike Clanton and Tom McLaury had been pistol wipped for carrying earlier---Ike taken to court that morning and charged 25.00--Tom was "bitched-slapped and pistoled by Wyatt who took his pistol from Tom. Later, Tom gets another pistol which other townspeople swore they could see the outline in his front pants pocket---he then pulled out his shirttail and drapped it over his front pants.

Once again "HOLLYWOOD" screws up---Evidence shows that even though Wyatt fired his wpn none of his rds struck home---the "HOTHEADS" who probably shot first were DOC and Morg---after Ike confronts Wyatt he runs to the front of the McFly boarding house and inside. At that moment gunfire comes from the rear of the building at the Earps---Wyatt then returns counter-fire in that direction. DOC uses the shotgun after Tom McLaury had shot Morg @ at that same instant Wyatt fires toward Tom, misses

I had a pet skunk once who was fixed. It Prayed a lot but still could not spray.

I threw my dinner plate down once...just straight down...not hand over forarm.

Please spare us the 'machoism' - especially since you know about as much as my pet skunk Lilly Belle about guns and gunfighting.

Besides, Wyatt Earest shot everybody there including his brothers and Ned Holliday, just for being dumbasses.
