Do not buy those speakers. It cheap from China.

I bought from ebay and in 9 months, 1 speaker DEAD.

I don't listen those speakers much. About 2 times a week.

They are make noisy, distort and vibration when you turn bass volume little high.

They gave me real hard time, headache. Take 2 weeks communication vie ebay just to get their RMA return.

It cost $60 for shipping, as half price sold on ebay.

Do not buy them, spend more $ at your local music store.

Hi Dean I am sorry to hear you had an issue. Would you mind sharing what you had connected to them and how (ie: did you use a laptop and if so was it connected via the headphone jack or through an interface etc). Certain connections can cause such noise and distortion unless your digital signal is properly converted to analog. As for the return headache again we apologize but we really do have a hassle free policy and getting an RMA is as fast and easy as calling us and requesting one.

i know that they are prefferred DJ speakers for played music, but would they also work well in live music use? like micd vocals and possibly drums for a band?

if i were to buy either 1 or two of these, whats the easiest way for me to wire them to my computer, so i can play music from there? Is there a converter wire i can buy or...?

@Bobishawsm You would need a USB mixer to safely connect your computer via USB, then you'll need an amp to power the speakers, then whatever cables you would need to connect it all. You may be better off with powered monitor speakers

I have to say that I bought two of the 1500C and I LOVE THEM. I DJ alot and these are one speakers too defiantly get. Looking to get two more

@jessehoda Hi Jessehoda - no generally bass guitars should be played through a bass guitar cabinet - a three way speaker is not a great fit for that application.

would the ppb15 speaker set be good to just connect through my guitar or bass amp to play bass or guitar through? with a nice sound?
