@NEBRASKACOMET That's not really true. There are many Husker fans like me who don't live in Nebraska and have never been to a NU game because we live on the east coast. But I have followed NU football for 30 or more years and there are Husker fans all over America which makes Husker Nation strong on gameday! It is just so hard to get to a game when every home game is sold out but that is what makes Husker football great.

Guess Canadians don't like the color Red so much. *cough Soviets cough* :P

ya i lived in Oklahoma till i was 5, then moved to Texas, so i have the same problem

I respectfully disagree. I was born and raised in Louisiana, but my dad was from Beatrice and I was a Husker fan from the word go.

haha yeah well i only lived in nebraska until i was 5, and then we moved to CU country lol and then to texas, so ive never been able to go to a game.

eh, you are not a true husker fan if you weren't there
I was working at the OU Health Science Center in OKC and attended a student viewing of the game (complete with beer) in the Student Center. I was an incognito Nebraska fan surrounded by OU alumni, fans, staff, and faculty. At one point when OU tried a similar play I hugged the guy next to me with tears of joy in my eyes, and tears of pain in his. My secret identity was still secure.
But on this play all simblance of Soonerism was cast aside as I - alone - cheered with both arms raised. GBR
