  • I started off with shoes, but lately I've been doing them barefeet on carpet and my knees don't quite hurt as much. Might be that or the fact that I'm overall healthier due to P90X ;)

  • @wujimon do you swing with shoes? Try it barefoot! Shoes ,(especially running shoes or shoes with a large sole, can cause knee pain because they "turn off" the stabilisation muscles of your feet. Shoes with a thin sole are okay.

  • Great warmup series! Since the regular kettlebell swing hurts my knees, these exercises fill in quite nicely. I rarely see warm up vids with KBs!
