@lolfreak21196 First, you make a replay. Then you can move the camera around as you watch what you did. That is how almost everyone makes those "scenic displays" with replays.

I use Sony Vegas to edit my videos in, if you want to know how to use it just search sony vegas rain effect, I might make a tutorial on how to use it myself though.
