How to Download Movie Using Flashgot + DTA

This movie using caption and Annotation.. You just pause it to understand what type there.. simple Right?! and I just point (with box) the place you should click or notice... like how to download the film or how to download the addon.. but I don't give how to addon install..

This I use to download Youtube. Not only Youtube.. U can download any.. well not all web like youtube a like..
