Ben set up in film production with help from The Trust

25 year old Ben's role as a young carer for his terminally ill mother and his younger brother left him socially isolated from a young age and he missed a lot of school. He enrolled on The Prince's Trust Film Live course and the confidence he gained from this programme helped him to approach the Prince's Scottish Youth Business Trust about starting two businesses - Digital Artz Media www.digitalartz.net and Scotland's first Film Network.

Ben continues to build his experience and networks and Digital Artz Media is now a full scale production company while the Film Network runs as a social enterprise with plans to launch a Film Festival and Web TV Station.
