All the info he speaks about is not channeled, he used to be a hollywood special effects man... i don't trust him, he coulde be a mason, and just reading the kybalion and other books like that to learn all this stuff.
To follow up to my previous comment: Another example would be the cynic's dismissal of someone who sells or promotes alternative (non-pharmaceutical) remedies as the good-old "snake-oil salesman."
The cynics use a false dichotomy: "Either the folk tale is true or the phenomenon is false." They conclude that the folk tale is not true; therefore, the phenomenon is false. It's a false either/or dichotomy, because there's a third possibility, namely, that the unusual, paradigm-changing phenomenon is true. A prime example of this is the cynic's dismissal of anything that purports to be of a "psychic" (or ESP) nature as just another example of the good old (fraudulent) "fortune teller".
I love Bashar, but what do we do with the grammatical errors? It is not correct usage to say "phenomenon" when "phenomena" (plural) is clearly intended based on the context in the sentence (i.e. "unusual phenomenon" should have been "unusual phenomena"). Let me say that the psychology and metaphysics of Bashar is genius and I totally agree with it. I just ordered over $250 worth of CDs and DVDs from Bashar Communications. But I'm troubled by grammatical errors. I guess it's just the channel.
I got bored with this gullible moron after 30 seconds.
