Continental Micronesia operates its fleet of 737's out of Guam, though I'm not sure where the poster of this video was flying from, but Continental Micronesia operates out of the Pacific rather then from the Continental USA.

You are correct. This flight was between Okinawa, Japan and Yakota Air Base, Tokyo. It was a government contracted flight for my unit during our deployment to Okinawa. We are not allowed to shoot artillery in Okinawa, so we fly to Tokyo and travel to Camp Fuji to train while on deployment.
