It does seem as though, from Harry Shearer's biographical information online, he must have been the other, blonde boy, even though his name does not appear in the credits. It seems odd though, since the Benny show was usually very good about listing actors' credits.

The agent is played by Barry Gordon, who is also still in the entertainment field today. I'm skeptical that the other kid is Harry Shearer, since he's not credited in the end credits. But I suppose it's possible -- maybe he didn't have a good enough agent to get his name on the credits. ;)

One of those kids (probably the agent) was played by nine-year-old Harry Shearer. Thirty-six years later he became the voices of a dozen characters on "The Simpsons".
