Castlewood #150 owned by Jim Meyer, built by Chris Cable and wow what
great fun! Battle Hymn of the Republic.
Thanks to Peter Osborne who always kept me interested and helped with assembly or my John Smith Organ. This Castlewood Organ is a KIT, and is a fine instrument indeed.

After 3 years on You Tube and 5000 views, that's a lot of cranking. It must have gone out of tune after all of that

The table movement shows the typical un-eveness of the Casslewood cranking mechanism, otherwise very nice.

would be wobbling with a slight breeze, the Castlewood cranks just fine.

sounds realy good - and a fantastic arrangement for only 20 notes

Nice. Just finished #199 myself. Still working the little bugs out, but it sounds better every day.

Musical intstruments are fun to tinker with. I have to ask; do you get a little shift in the crank as the bellows pitman changes direction? I do, and I'm thinking if there's any way to reduce it.

Sounds very good! But a little tuning on the higher notes would be great!
