We have a president who spends "Billions" of dollars on an Illegal War and we had a Governor in New York that spent $80,000 on hookers. I think if somebody looks hard enough, they'll come up with a few bucks or just ask for "Volunteers". Believe me, you'd get people who would dig for free, myself included.

yeah not much will happen since there's no local money to spend and manson will never get out anyway but a lot could happen to the women hoping for parole. they find anything remotely resembling human dna out there and those doors will stay locked shut. maybe they should have cut a deal long ago.
