I wish girls at my gym could see you in action. Really nice work, but don't burn that butt too much though 'cause it's just right!

what foods do I need to eat before going into gym to show progress? and how can I get a bigger and full butt that is shapely? Like what workout do i need to do for bigger tighter butt

@mariahlove08 It's best to get a good amount of carbs and protein before hitting the gym. This will help to power you through a workout. Take it easy on the fats and give yourself plenty of time between the meal and the workout. You don't want to be busy digesting during your workout. Make sure to work your entire body - don't neglect your legs and don't neglect your upper body. Hitting all areas proportionately will help you achieve the body your'e looking for.

K so my girlfriend wants to lose weight and I don't know jack shit about taking of ibs other than running. Will lifting dumbbells, lunges, squats, etc burn enough calories to burn fat? It's hella cold outside so we can't go running until it warms up. We can somedays, but not all the time so will lifting weights burn fat and not make her scary buff?

@blazedbl Thanks for checking in! It is 100% a myth that lifting weights will make a girl "scary buff". The exercises you listed will do wonders in burning calories and making her a more effective "fat burner" in general. Cardio will obviously burn calories but when the fat is burned away, it will do wonders to have some muscle showing. Her body doesn't produce enough testosterone to get "buff", unless she is taking the "funny stuff". With a proven weight routine she will end up looking great!

Hey I was wondering if I can follow this workout using a dumbbell instead of bars? I workout at home and don't have a lot of equipment.

@Pam21ify Thanks for checking in! Dumbbells will work great with all the exercises. Good luck!
