Stephen Harper caused the Coalition to form because of his partisan attacks against opposition funding (1.95$ per vote his party doesn't need because it is uber rich), his desire to remove civil workers right to strike until 2011 and his move to remove womans right to salary equity benefits. All these moves have been attempted by the conservatives under the guise of "tightening the belt", they only amount to partisan games. Harper is a liar and a theif of democracy.
