  • Where is the SAA A340-600 that landed at the airport?

  • @SouthAfricanAirways1 That was a media stunt the day before, I wasnt there. But these were the first aircraft carrying ticket paying customers.

  • @Leftfoot1970 Okay and is that spot you took the video of the landing planes free and for the public or what?

  • @SouthAfricanAirways1 Well we think it is....its a dirt road outside the fence that leads to a small hill North of the terminal....Good viewing when approach is from the North.

  • hey its me! Im famous!........again!

  • Durban as a whole needs major international exposure as a business destination so that more airlines can fly there, #PROUD SOUTH AFRICAN MOMENT# I see many great things for this airport

  • @amgosai were u flying?

  • Where is that music from? Very peaceful.

  • very cool video. Thanks for sharing!

  • I wonder where did all those Urban Designers/Planners/Architects that were involved in that whole development study? cause surely they r nt where i'm from they are all greedy fat cats nxa.

  • Well i gotta say dat dc airport is nt planned properly, how can u locate an international airport +39km from the CBD it's what we call stupid planning, its simple for people with private vehicles unlike the old airport,it doesn't even have a garage thats the most F up thing i've ever seen, i drove in the and when i wanted to fill up i was told that there is no fuel station: i mean hw stupid is that.

  • Any other international carriers flying directly into/out KSIA or only Emirates?

I would like to book, but don't want to search through them all.

  • @Leftfoot1970 Hmm...

Is there a viewing deck in the airport?

'Coz my brother flew out of there and he didn't find one...
