Video taken by Sumbandila satellite on 13 Oct 2009 (orbit height = 500km). The analog PAL signal is transmitted in real time over S-band to the ground station in Stellenbosch (South Africa). The video motion reflects the true ground speed of the satellite as it circumvents Earth.

In the first half of the video, the satellite moves over the North-Western corner of Namibia and in the latter half off the coast of Namibia (note one of the VHF antennas visible at the top of the frame)
