Lol, why so hard on them?
I wouldn't judge these guys as idiots for the fact the Iranians depicted here were mainly volunteers and conscripts, many of these eager guys walked their way to the front to take part in the fighting.
It's quite impressive that these guys who have never held a weapon before, still managed to knock out an elite Republican Guard tank, I guess they were excited and their nerves took a hold of them that's why the tank crew escaped.

@pepeelvivaso It's not because of the AK-47. Those idiots can't shoot properly. None of them even try to aim the AK-47 the right way. Instead they just shoot like maniacs.

@gr3g117 And yet the only thing I see is perhap the most inept take down of a tank ever recorded on video... And the only blood I see is.. wait.. Not one of the dozen guys shooting managed to hit a single one of the tank crew...
So, while not a video game, apparently the real bullets can't seem to draw real blood when fired by Iranians... thus the only real tears here are mine as I witness shitty marksmanship.

It looks that the video its edited, posibly those guys are much more further that the camera shows. Also the AK-47 have a descent acurrancy, in the zoom its looks that those guys are at 150 mtrs or so, and the AK-47 could have easily hit them.

idk if the top comment guy has noticed but they arnt all that close to the enemy and they are shooting AK-47s not a gun known for accuracy.

Those guys are a lot further away than the zoomed in camera makes it look.
1.24 - Its a bewildering madhouse battlefield, so not surprising they aren't calmly picking off tiny moving targets like its a video game.
