bodyfat: 25%
Finish: 187lbs
bodyfat: 13%

example low carb day
meal 1: 6egg whites, 2-3whole eggs, 50grams oats

meal 2: 200grams chicken, 10 ml udos oil

meal 3: 200grams chicken, 50grams oats
TRAIN
meal 4: 200grams cod, 200grams potatoes

meal 5: 200grams chicken, 10ml udos oil

meal 6: 200grams steak, 150grams broccoli
I used cyclic ketogenic diet and cardio increased from 3 days a week to twice daily 6days a week and I lifted weights 4 times a week

  • @icarloscar no, eca fat burners, 6-7meals a day, cardio twice daily and weightraining 4days a week. have a look at my newest video diet results :)

  • No juice? And btw, man, it's not 25% and 13%. Looks more like 17% and 8%.

    Because 10% BF is when you are close to BF when u see your abs, but not enough, and 8% is great abs.

  • @SweeetLoo no need for juice, lift weights, good nutrition, rest and repeat :)

  • That was a great job man...NICE transformation. Lots of hard work no doubt. I have posted a couple of videos of me at the age of 45 trying to dp the same thing, but you are far far in front of me. I will take this as motivation that I can still get there. Thanks for sharing.
