very good price like the other person said wots the catch i live in england and it would cost millions for that and you get the gas rights too there has to be some thing wrong lovly little farm and i would buy it if i new non of my kids were going to grow up with three heads

The real estate market is down and everyone is talking about an economic crisis, but this is a nice older farm house that could use a few repairs... and it's priced to sell. My Uncle & Aunt are living in the house and farming the land... and between the 2 of them they only have 3 heads I'm aware of. ;-)
