Live performance of John Bilotta's Sonatina at Cascadia Composers Concert 'In Just Spring", held at Portland State University, March 19th, 2011.
Sonatina is a brief work in three movements, all of which are either atonal or twelve-tone. It was written for a friend with the intent of providing a short contemporary sonata to pair in recital with one of the many more traditional sonatinas from the piano literature.
