@shetgold corporations can be involved with farming alongwith the unorganised sector since they can bring more productivity, efficiency into the primitive mode of farming prevalent in India. but the govt. has to have a strict control over their functioning so as not to allow market forces to dictate food prices and corporations benefiting illegally from unethical hoarding etc.

Sad to note the fact last 15 years 2,00,000 agriculturists committed suicide in India...... sad indeed.

@uthamanarayanan if we really want to save other agriculturist from suicide, we must stop consuming the Shoping mall food, those are GM foods, and buy the food from local farmars and from local market. i have already stoped or minimized, are you?
