Back in the 60's, guys used to be in the water by this bridge (it's called the Ocean Avenue Bridge) and people on the bridge would drop quarters into the water and the guys would dive down for them. One kid, red haired and freckle faced was named Victory. He was a pretty tough guy. Not to be messed with.
I used to buy spering at Stella Maris and fish off of the rail on the Manhattan Beach side. We would catch snappers which were baby blue fish.

i worked at lundy's, lived on e.15th and across the street from roll n roaster, got drunk and in 3 fights at Captain Walters (R.I.P) and got laid numerous times on and around Manhattan Beach. AH the 90's - great video

the 90's were better before all the great places (popeye's for one) were taken down and these newer places were put up.
