Always loved to see how Sam moved when he played and sang. So much joy! And Bela always quietly standing off in his corner. Nobody like Cowan and Pat was great on the guitar. Love, love, love these guys!

I saw NGR at that country music club in NYC (can't remember what it was called, it was on 50th and 8th or in that area anyway - can someone help please). My brother and I had just arrived on a delayed flight from England for 2 weeks in the states. Even though we were tired and jetlagged we wanted to see some music so went out to see NGR who we didn't really know but thought might be good. Marty Stuart was supporting, and he was good, but NGR were something else entirely. Amazing performance

Sam Bush still gets together with Bela Fleck and when they get together with Tony Rice and Jerry Douglas and Victor Wooten then things really rock!

My dad went to see them at an outdoor festival, and it started pouring l5 minutes before they were supposed to go on. only like 20 people stayed. He said they came out and played like there was 20,000 people in the audience.

I'll agree it is a tragedy that NGR wasn't recognized more for their awesome talent. I loved them from the first time I saw them years ago. It is wonderful to have youtube to relive those amazing times. They are all brilliant musicians and their harmonies and their interwoven instrumentals are simply unparalleled. I've had a marvelous night revisiting their songs. - B.J.

Wow, wow, wow! Jamacian style bluegrass! I love it!! I'm a new fan of New Grass Revival, and it just blows me away how EVERY song they did was such an epic win! 5 stars.

I don't have a clue how those people at that taping weren't up and having a great time with them. I had the good fortune a few times to see New Grass live and there was never anyone staying in their seats then. I will say that they are probably one of the best bands of all time for me. Sad to see them split when they did, you will never find 4 musicians of that caliber in a band together again. AWESOME!!!!
