  • Someone sitting about where the camera is in that room, may have noticed the fire immediately. These are the events that would have unfolded. 1st second is exahusted by a paniced freeze. After realizing there is a Fire in the house, the person spends then 2nd and 3rd seconds of this critical moment rapidly searching for a blanket to smother it or a large container of water to douse it. By then, a burst of heat hits his face like a searing wave, he turns his head and knows he is fucked. 4s

  • Obviously a dead dry pine tree is going to burn fast. A live fir tree wouldn't be nearly as bad. Pine trees have very flammable saps/resins that when lit are practically an engine fuel. Turpentine (a type of paint thinner) is made from pine tree resin.

  • should've watered that tree, eh?

  • Merry Christmas everyone! And sweet dreams. :/

  • I just dropped a yule log in my pants. Holy crap.

  • Make sure your smoke alarms have good batteries, and do it now!

  • wow that make me feel hot

  • Wow, the thing lit up like...well...a Christmas tree.
