    actually yes, specific races tend to be associated to certain genres. Like blacks turned to soul and R & B as a way to express their oppression. Pretty sure Country Western is primarily a southern white thing. Yes there are exceptions but majority rules. Take Intro to Music in college when you get there and you'll sound alot less ignorant on the internet.
