So again, I gotta fix me not writing for a LONG time; I had examss, and today was the last day of school (: So its gonna be WAYY fasterrr ;] Hope you like this onee. Even though the song doesn't match up....

Nick's POV
We stayed there just sitting down, and dead silence. All of a sudden police sirens go off on the street.

"Maybe some burglary at a different house....or a kidnapping.." Joe muttered.
"No, the police just stopped infront of Alexis' house." I said.

I got up as quick, and went running down the stairs, with my brothers footsteps in the back of me. I opened the door, now there was three or four police cars, I couldn't tell cause of all the flashing lights. Right when I caught eyes with a policeman, they started screaming and pulling for their guns.

"PUT YOUR HANDS UP, ALL OF YOU!" One of them yelled.

We put our hands up, as they started checking us.

"Sir, can I ask why you're doing this?" I silently whispered.
"You all are under arrest for Alexis Johnson's death." He said.
"DEATH!?" I yelled frantically.

He slammed me on the front of the door, by that time neighbors were gasping at the thought of the Jonas Brothers, their children's idols; being arrested.

"We just got here, I swa-" Kevin got cut off.
"Stop your blabbering, like all the police shows say; you boys are going downtown." As the captain said it to another police officer like a joke.
"Not funny.." Joe muttered. "What'd you say boy?" The captain said.
"Wha- Psh- Me- Oh nothing." He finally spitted out, sighing.

I looked down as I tried to hold in my tears, damn I never knew I was this sensitive; Alexis dead? My brothers and my fault? What the hell is happening here?

Soon there was flashing lights everywhere, dammit papparazzi;
"Mom and Dad are SO not gonna like this." Joe said.
"YOU THINK?!" Kevin yelled frustrated.

They took us into a room, as police surrounded us; and we were all taken one by one into questioning and answering. Soon, it was my turn after Kevin and Joe; I got up with handcuffs, and slowly dragged my feet where they took me.

"Why'd you do it?" The captain said.
"Do what?"
"I KNOW WHAT YOU DID, TELL ME NOW BOY; NO GAMES!"
"I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! Alexis is my best friend, I sware she was kidnapped by her ex-boyfriend; and we were trying to find out where she was to get her back; me and my brothers, thats why we were at her house! Plus, the recording of how we found out is on her phone that I found on the sidewalk on the way to her house!"

He made me stand up, and grabbed the phone from my back pocket. That was awkward. He listened to it, and froze for about 7 seconds, I was silently counting.

"Why didn't you call the police?!" He yelled, banging on the table; now frustrated.
"BECAUSE YOU GUYS DON'T DO ANYTHING, OH MISSING FILE REPORT; THAT'S IT, WE KNOW MORE INFORMATION THAT YOU GUYS KNOW ABOUT THEM!" I yelled, this time he didn't do anything.
"Jerry!"
I'm guessing it was the police officer.
"Yes, sir?"
"Uncuff these boys, I'll tell the press what went down; our biggest priority; find the killer."

He uncuffed me and took me to my brothers, I hesitated; I couldn't believe she was dead... The captain came by, I shot up.

"WAIT, CAPTAIN!"
"Yes?" He stopped.
"Is she re-ally d-ead...?"
"I believe so, she was hit by a car, the person said that a guy took her lifeless body, and drove off, it was reported right before we went to her house."
"She might be anywhere now, but maybe still alive; just please sir, find him and straghten things out with the press."

I fell onto the chair, thoughts were running through my head, like I heard people say at my school just for fun;
"Fuck my life."
But this time when I said it, it wasn't for fun.
